What is the subsidy amount provided by SHMFF?
The Fund(SHMFF) provides cash subsidy ranging from L.E 5,000 to LE 40,000 according to the investor's income, which is inversely proportional to the income and subsidies the unit down payment. A check is issued to the lender, which in turn issued a check with the total price of the unit and send to the owner, thus the subsidies unit price equals SHMFF subsidy + unit down payment paid by the client + finance granted by the lender
