Registration Conditions

This conditions are variable according to different call for applications

• Applicant should be Egyptian.
• Low and middle income applicant’s age should not be less than 21 years at the end date of applying.
• Low-income applicant’s age should not be older than 50 years at the end date of applying.
• Middle-income applicant’s age should not exceed retirement age at the end date of loan reimbursement.
• Middle-income applicant’s age “who exceeded retirement age” should not be older than 75 years at the end date of loan reimbursement, and should pay minimum 40% of unit price as a down payment.
• Applicant is obliged to purchase the unit under mortgage loan (not in cash) that could reach 30 years.
• Applicant’s net income “from all sources of family income” should be within the following bract:

• Individuals (single, divorced, widow) and households (married with kids, married, divorced with kids, widow with kids) applicants are allowed to apply to obtain social housing unit.
